Support System Help


DigiPortal Software provides technical support to customers that have purchased a ChoiceMail product. If you are using a paid version of ChoiceMail One, you are entitled to free support for a year. If you are using ChoiceMail Free, you must purchase an annual support license if you require any technical support.

To be eligible for technical support, you must first create a new account in our user database. If you have already created an account, you must login to your account using the username and password you specified when you created your account.

Once you have logged in, you will need to register the product that you own. If you do not yet have any products registered, you will see a form from which you can choose the appropriate product. For retail versions of ChoiceMail One, you will need to enter the usercode and registration key that you received when you bought ChoiceMail One. If you had previously registered ChoiceMail One and now wish to use the virtual email address feature in ChoiceMail, you will need to reregister.

If you have come to the support center directly from the DigiPortal Software Technical Support menu option in ChoiceMail, and you have retail version of ChoiceMail, you will find that the usercode and registration key have been prefilled for you. If you did not come directly from ChoiceMail, or if the usercode and key have not been filled in for you, you can fill them in yourself. The information you need can be retrieved from your email receipt or from ChoiceMail itself. How?

Once you have filled in the information, the support system will show you your product information along with the associated support options.

If you have a retail version of ChoiceMail One that includes annual support, or if you have already purchased an annual support contract, you will be able to request technical support immediately. If you are using ChoiceMail Free, or if you are using ChoiceMail 1.x, you will need to to purchase an annual support contract to be eligible for technical support. Once you have purchased that contract, simply log back into your account to create a support request.
